Questions You Might Be Asking (And Some You Didn’t)
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Everything’s made-to-order by these two hands (well, and some fancy lasers). Processing takes about 2 weeks. Smaller items usually ship sooner. I’ll send you tracking info when it’s on its way—like a tiny wood-crafted homing pigeon.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Heck yes. Want your cat’s name on a dice box? Need a special message etched for Grandma? Got a weird-but-awesome idea? Message me—we’ll brainstorm something wonderful together.
Q: Can I return something if I change my mind?
A: Sadly, no returns or refunds—each piece is custom-made just for you. But! If something shows up broken or gets lost in the shipping void, I’ll replace it, no worries.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet—just shipping to the U.S. for now. One day I’ll take over the globe, one handcrafted box at a time.
Q: Can I reach out before placing an order?
A: Yes please! Whether you need help choosing a stain color or want to make sure your custom idea isn’t too weird (spoiler: it probably isn’t), I’d love to hear from you.
Q: Is everything really handmade?
A: Absolutely. I either make or purchase the design, then I cut, sand, stain, engrave, assemble, and occasionally have full-blown conversations with the piece (some loving, some… well, not so loving). Every item is crafted start to finish by me, right here in my workshop—just a guy, some tools, and a lot of heart.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
A: I don’t offer fancy gift wrapping (yet), but I’m happy to include a handwritten note with your message if it’s a gift. Just add a note at checkout or message me!
